JUNIOR PHYSIOTHERAPHY
JOB DESCRIPTION
(working place will be at RAWANG)
We are looking for a qualified JUNIOR Physiotherapist to join our team and take on the
role of facilitating the treatment and therapy of patients who suffer from physical
challenges. Physiotherapists work with a variety of patients, helping them with
recovery and therapy.
• Consult and making assessments of patients’ physical with a variety of conditions
• Diagnosing, assessing, and treating problems
• Formulating/ develop treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
• Undertake evaluation of treatment outcomes
• Conducting complex mobilization techniques and providing physiotherapy and
sports massage therapy.
• Assisting trauma patients with how to walk again.
• Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent
injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
• Patients’ appointment arrangement
• Provide physiotherapy to patient, consult patient, Recording patient data and managing patient
Progress.
• Provide safe and effective treatment for patients
• To give necessary training to other therapists.
• To manage teaming flow with Iswanah Health Care
• to manage the operation modus ( work station cleanliness, procurement, in-house marketing, ,
sales expenses, superior’s collaboration etc) of clinic
KEY SKILLS
• Good Interpersonal skill,Teamworking skills,Work under minimum supervision, Good
time management,Good physical health and fitness
• Tolerance, patience, pleasant and deal patients with convincing facts.
• Good time management.
• The ability to build a rapport with patients from a variety of backgrounds and
Communicate with their relatives and cares.
• Helping patients recover from accident, illness or injury such as stroke, Parkinson and etc.
• Organising therapeutic physical exercise sessions.
• Providing sport massages,collecting statictics,writing reports.
• Liasing with professionals such as doctors, nurses and TCM.
• Providing education and advice about exercise and movements
• Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in the profession.
• Strong responsibility and fully co-operation on tasks

Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply
• Minimum 1 year work experience required
• Good verbal communication skills in Malay & English
• Ability to work independently.
• Energetic proactive, resourceful and self-motivated
• Must be familiar with FB & Instagram
• Applicants must be willing to work at Batu Caves / Senawang
