• Communicate & coordinate closely with manager to bring talents on board
• Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
• Update and improve current recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on boarding processes)
• Study and understand client requirements for positions to hire.
• Study & understand clients’ business overviews.
• Source candidates by using databases, job portal, professional social media etc.
• Match the most suitable candidates to positions.
• Implement new sourcing methods
• Advise your subordinate on interviewing techniques and skill
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future placement.
• Participate in job fairs or any company event.
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, manager as well for internal.
Requirements:
• Min 1 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Ability to be independent, creative and accountable
• Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
• Have strong Relationship with Universities Students
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful
• Wants to be part of our dynamic family
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong decision-making skill
