Responsibilities

To play an active role in developing relationships with business partners through new product development, campaigns and training, and at the same time achieving sales target set. A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues.
To oversease sales and marketing activities of retail product of MTB by evaluate, formulate, develop and implement strategic approach on sales processes.
Responsible for product competition analysis, market research and maintaining the product’s competitive advantage.
Assess relevant customer, competitor and industry insights to help define strategies, market to improve client experience and client portfolio needs.
To develop and implement of new retail products to maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
Driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirement

Degree holder with minimum 5 years experience in trustee related industries
Experience and knowledgeable in Will and Trust Business Model, product development and analytics.
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
Possess critical and strategic thinking skills
Proactive and independent
Ability to provide suggestions for improvements
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Positive attitude towards continuous on the job learning and improving job knowledge be in tandem with the market
Good interpersonal, analytical and influencing skills
Customer focused and committed to meet up to customer’s needs without compromising risks of MTB
