• Machining job refer
• Tooling assembly with refer to drawing
• Provide solution and technical support for new tool testing
• Assist Leader for performing guidance to toolmaker
• Ensure good housekeeping and maintain safety standard
• Tool fabrication scheduling
• Liaise with Tooling Engineer for tool test plan, product requirement
• Provide solution and technical support for new tool testing
• Quality Standard – Liaise with Tooling Engineer and QA
• Tooling modification and improvement plan
• Ensure good housekeeping and maintain safety standards
• Production tool on site trouble-shooting
• Tool servicing

Job Requirements:

• NTC 2 / Craftsman Certificate in Tool and Die Making
• Able to read and interpret blue print
• Able to use metrology equipment
• Knowledge of Tool & Die fabrication & modification
• Min 5 years’ experience in Metal Stamping
• Able to work independently and under pressure environment
