JOB DESCRIPTION:



  • Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities

  • Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

  • Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

  • To maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol.

  • To be responsible in maintaining good attendance and positive attitude.

  • To commit towards company Integrated Management System (IMS)


JOB REQUIREMENT:



  • Minimum Diploma / any Certificate of proficiency level from certified institution.

  • Minimum of (5) year of experience.

  • Excellence health, no physical disability and no critical illness and (or) disease(s).

  • Knowledge in shipping operation

  • Warehouse documentation knowledge.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Candidate must be able to work in shift, long hours and mobile when required.

  • Able to read and write in Malay and English language.

  • Able to operate forklift and reach trucks with valid training and licenses.

  • Familiar with SAP knowledge.

  • Can start immediately would be an advantage
