Job Responsibility
  • Clear of operation team’s tasks
  • Arrange furniture delivery with operation supervisor & manager
  • Prepare furniture which needs to be delivered within 3 days
  • Assign operation staff to install and deliver furniture
  • Responsible for customer complaints & products issues arises from operation side
  • Record, complain and ensure all the furniture defects are settled by Suppliers.
  • Update the latest “Service list – Supplier” in Google Drive and update to shop manager and Furniture Consultant Admin
  • Record all the operation mistakes in the experience collection notes
  • Prepare lorry for Puspakom checking 4 days in advance including online booking and inform operation manager
Job Requirements
  • Organise skill
  • Communication skill
  • Able to work in team
  • Can speak Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is bonus
  • Min education SPM
