MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Job content

 Monitor and supervise all work assigned to subordinates/contractors.
 Managing schedules to achieve cost effectiveness for engineering works.
 Ensures compliance of work standards and procedures.
 Supports the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel property and its surroundings.
 Assist in the testing and commissioning of all engineering related operational systems with staff/contractors as directed by the Hotel Engineer.
 Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
