Job content

• Responsible for maintaining, supporting and implementing communication network within an organization.
• Rapid troubleshooting and repair of network related issues.
• Maintain the high availability and performance of the data center networks.
• Assist with design, develop, and deploy appropriate network solutions and cabling structure as requested.
• Assist with identifying, testing and developing new network technologies collaboratively that increase value for the business.
• Proactively identify technology gaps and develop and implement appropriate solutions collaboratively.
• Work closely with data center, systems and other groups on business projects, assignments, problems, etc. Maintain excellent relationships.
• Create formal guidelines, policies and procedures related to ensuring the smooth and error-free operations of the data center networks.
• Maintain daily work log and provide clear and regular project updates using the reporting systems.
• Create and maintain clear and accurate network documentation.
• Deliver assigned task within timeline
• Maintain on existing network equipment for customer
• Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolution.
  

• Professional Certification (CCNA, CCNP), diploma in IT, Computer Science , Telecommunications or Equivalent
• 5-7 years of hands-on network development experience on an advanced network.
• At least 5 years’ experience in working within a data center or networking related environment
• Experience in project leadership and management
• Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges
• Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer and server hardware
• Experience with networking protocols
• Experience in navigating and troubleshooting operating systems
• Required language : English
• Required Skill(s) : Good Communication skills, troubleshoot, IT skills.
