NPI & Costing Engineer

Job content

1. To perform standard cost calculation for Sheet Metal & Welding based on product to PM’s.
2. To review and provide analytical engineering evaluation and commercial advice on all RFQs received.
3. Coordinate with Procurement and Process Engineering teams, ensuring final quotation is reviewed & seek approval before deadline.
4. Preparing quotation upon receiving RFQ from PM’s base on the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and annually quantity (EAU).
5. To collect data from Procurement and Process Engineering team, ensuring final quotation is reviewed & seek approval before deadlines.
6. To carry our variance analysis on standard cost against actual cost for on job and existing items for inaccuracies & cost control purpose.
