a). SALARY
FROM 1800.00 Excluded OT

b). DESCRIPTION
NOKO's 1st branch based in Penang which was established on 2018 and we received warmth welcome from public for our products. NOKO selling products such as household supplies, dining ware, cooking utensils, party supplies, beauty & make-up tools, stationaries, toys, sweets & snacks. NOKO also well known for offer delightful designs for less, RM 2.00. As for now we have total of 10 branches all over outstation & Klang Valley area.

c). RESPONSIBILITIES
i). Receiving
• Received goods from Distribution Centre (DC).
• Check and ensure all goods are correct as per order and in good condition.
• Check purchase order (PO) with invoices for the goods received.
• Familiarize with good receiving system.
• Post all GRN within 24 hours.
ii). Admin (Support HR)
• Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies & procedures.
• Provide administrative support for Human Resource Department.
• Organize, complete and update company personnel records and documents.
• Manage and update HR database with different information such as new hires, sick leaves, day off and warnings.
• Attend to HR staffing issues in outlet.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by management.

d). REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
• Fresh graduate/ school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Willing to work extra hours and on public holidays.
• Competent with Excel, MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
