Job Description

· To provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration duties such as scheduling meetings, conferences and travel; including maintaining a proper filing system of all related documents.

· To facilitate and drive the CEO to official and private appointments. (Domestic, cross-state, Singapore and Thailand)

· To accompany the CEO to attend meetings and take minutes. (Domestic and Abroad)

· To book flight tickets, accommodation, restaurants etc

· Maintain absolute confidentiality on all given tasks.

· To liaise professionally with all levels of management and business associates.

· Duties will also be extended to projects work on an ad-hoc basis where you will work alongside colleagues from other parts of the business.

· At times providing household support to the CEO, wife or family members. Some of the tasks may include running household errands, scheduling household maintenance, grocery shopping, meal arrangement, etc.

Basic Requirements:

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Good command in both oral and written English, and spoken Mandarin.

• Computer literate and skilled in MS Office applications.

• Good interpersonal skills with pleasant personality and presentable outlook.

• Strong coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.

• Must possess own transport, able to work late with overtime and willing to accommodate intensive travelling for work.
