1)To perform full range of secretarial / administrative duties and personal assistant to General Manager (GM).
2)Organise meetings, appointments, coordinate business schedules, company events for GM.
3)Making and managing travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, immigration and specific requirements of the countries/places travelled to for GM/ family members.
4)Organise and manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion.
5)Maintain an organise filing for smooth data retrieval.
6)Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the GM / Management.
