At least 4 years of experience in web development using LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Strong Experienced in PHP Laravel framework, Knowledge in Thinkphp will be an added advantage
Required language(s): Mandarin, English. MUST be able to speak the Mandarin language as we have clients from Hong Kong/China etc
Extensive experience in working with frontend developers from UI/UX visuals to reality on applications on React
Good knowledge in working with Ajax / JavaScript / JQuery / HTML5 / CSS3 / Bootstrap / ReactJS /Node.js
Have experience in solving problems and tasks of different complexity
Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools (GIT) and of developing web services
Able to work independently
Able to work under minimal supervision and provide regular updates on tasks assigned
Experience in agile scrum methodology
Experienced in System Analyst or Software Architect
Strong troubleshooting, testing ，debugging and analytical skills
Have the ability to mentor and lead activities performed by the junior developers (for senior role)

Responsibilities:

Involve in system's analysis, design, coding development, testing, deployment, implementation documentation and maintaining critical modules
Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules and libraries for future use
Provide process improvement recommendations that are based on best practices and industry standards
Constantly implementation the best current technologies to improve the scalability of company products
System integration with third-party services
Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports
Working together with the front-end team to enhance the collaboration between the backend and front end. Ensure technical projects can cover functionality and stability
Provide creative solutions to current business requirements/problems via system planning and execution
Cooperate with team members to solve programming problems and issues
Resource management to improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of the system via coding skills and techniques
Supports users and internal management by developing documentation and assist on any issue
Support, coaching and give guidance to junior developers. Lead, monitor, and motivate different teams across the company and interact with staff at all levels in the organization
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
