Job Description

The job required the person to be responsible for factory process and yield improvement. The candidate is required to manage technology transfer from VF, changes introduction, monitoring in line defect performance and end of line die yields, finding the root cause for inline defect excursion and navigating fix. Responsibilities will include but not be limited: establishing a process/yield improvement plan, lead factory teams to identify process yield and quality issues. The Candidate will need to work with a high matrix environment, expected to develop a technical understanding of the processes involved and drive for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Applicant must have BS and or MS in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical, or another similar technical degree. Good communication and leadership skills with statistical knowledge are highly desirable.
