ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs new process line setup and installation.

2. Perform new BOM setup in SAP and MES.

3. Conducts semi-routine engineering and detailed experimental tests.

4. Keeps detailed and accurate logs on all assigned activities.

5. Participate in yield and continuous improvement action.

6.Involve heavily in process optimization activities together with Process Engineers.

7.Assists engineers to design, development, construction, and evaluation of process jigs and fixture and.

8. Understands, sustains and maintains production process flow

9. Other duties as assigned.

Essential:

Knowledge of Process / Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Desirable:

1. Basic English knowledge
2. ESD knowledge
3. 5S knowledge
4. Product manual assembly procedure knowledge

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
