Qualification

Diploma / degree in mechanical engineering or 2-3 years related experiences
Computer literate including design software and autoCAD
Strong mathematical and knowledge of technique (Lathe, milling, grinder and welding skills)
Able to understand instruction and communicate effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Available to work weekends and overtime

Job description

Report to engineer or his assigned
To support fabrication of tooling/ fixturing
To install or repair tooling/ fixturing
To follow all improvement project
To ensure task and activities given are run accordingly
To assist engineer in tasks given
Maintain good housekeeping and 5’S
Maintain consistent application of company policies and procedures
Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulation as well as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the company
Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by department head
