Contract length: 6 months (renewable)
Salary: Up to RM3,400

Job Description
• To provide responsive service to customers and provide assistance for purchase order amendments and/or cancellation.
• To respond to enquiries and provide administrative support to clients, stakeholders & administrative support on procurement, logistics matters, report preparation and/ or data analysis.
• To prioritize and follow up closely on pending tasks to resolve issues.
• To assist the team in order receipting and processing of supplier’s invoices.
• To assist procurement team & officers in preparation of tender documents for Request for Quotation (RFQ) and prepare evaluation / comparison sheets for tender evaluation.
• To carry out transactional processing of purchase requests.
• To validate purchase requests received internally & process requests to purchase orders before order issuance to suppliers.
• To perform ad-hoc as per request.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of procurement and/or administration with completion of secondary school or; 4 years with a relevant first level University Degree or; 3 years with a relevant Advanced University Degree.
• Proficiency in the using MS Office and ERP Web-based system.
• Knowledge on best practices for procurement or certified training in procurement area will be an added advantage.
