POSITION SUMMARY Purpose

This position is responsible for assisting the Plant Manager on day to day cylinder production and administration.

Nature and Scope The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all activities related to PGG Transfill are executed in a safe manner according to AP guidelines, procedures and best practices so that in general this builds up the AP safety culture.

Other Factors

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To be responsible for the daily cylinder refilling activities.
• To ensure ISO & Safety procedures are followed during refilling activities.
• To ensure analysis are carried out based on the product requirement
• To escalate any operation issues to superior.
• To ensure safety requirements are followed in the plant, including for customers and visitors.
• Take proper care of plant inventories e.g. cylinders, tools, fittings, hoses & etc.
• To load and unload cylinders & packs from trucks to the designated area.
• To coordinate in loading and unloading of cylinders from daily incoming trucks
• Responsible for SAP transactions related to good receive, good issue, cycle counting or other inventory-related activities
• Prepares delivery schedules for distribution and walk-in customers.
• To handle customer’s complaints
• To assist ISO internal & external audit and to comply to all the ISO 9001:2000 procedures and other related procedures.
• To perform other duties as directed by superiors
• To carry out preventive & predictive maintenance for plant equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum with SPM qualification
• Preferably 1 year experience in plant operations
