PRODUCTION PLANNER

Job content

Duties and Responsibilities
1. To ensure all Stock updating in the planning system is accurate at all time.
2. To ensure all Shipment figures is updated and compare to customer schedule.
3. To ensure all receiving and issuing from store is line with customer schedule.
4. To communicate with customer on scheduling and stock issues.
5. To update and maintain planning schedule.
6. To inform production of new and change schedule.
7. To request for production material when it is needed according to schedule.
8. To prepare and submit weekly / monthly stock and schedule reports.
9. To study current planning and information flow system for improvement.
10. To carry out any other duties instructed by superior.
11. Responsible for implementing, execution & monitoring the effective of environmental management
system of his/ her department

Qualification & Working Experience
1. Possess Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Able to communicate well and good organizational skills.
3. Able to analyze difficult data and propose improvement.
4. One year working experience in related field.
