Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. PMC shall organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Responsible to establish all construction methodologies and procedures onsite and to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines in achieving its individual objectives.
  • PMC shall implement analytical statistical technique and others necessary skills for construction management.
  • Responsible to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
  • Collaborate with the consultants, engineers, architects as well others related parties to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, process, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
  • Supervise the work, implementation and give guidance as at when necessary.
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.


  • BS Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in related field (preferred the Life-Science Industry).
  • Having PMP or/and Professional Construction Certificate is the advantage.
  • Extensive technical knowledge and practical experience of Architecture, Civil & Structure, Mechanical, Electrical & Piping.
  • Frequent travel required and able to work at any Asia region.
  • Able to provide strong leadership and having a strong push-factor for the projects.
  • Competent an effective communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate cross functional teams required to work cooperatively during a project’s start-up, on-going and finishing phase.
  • Demonstrate personal HSSE, excellent HSE behaviors always, and ensure that safety expectations are communicated and maintained.
  • Team player, good in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze highly technical information and make decisions.
  • Able to satisfactorily operate Microsoft Office application such as Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
  • Able to provide good analysis and report on the project progress will full integrity.
