Job Description:

  • Completed the procurement tasks assigned by the department according to the monthly procurement plan
  • Ensures that procurement is carried out in compliance to the company policy and department’s standard operating procedures
  • Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives
  • Monitor stock levels, stock check and place orders as needed
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information
  • Participate in the selection of suppliers based on a criterion
  • Support the Manager in planning and executing procurement plan
  • Carry out all necessary procurement activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree or above;
  • Solid work experience in the relevant field is required for the said opportunity. Familiarity in foreign trade, imports and exports would be a strong advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Familiar with procurement workflow and have market research ability;
  • Familiar with relevant contract terms, able to make commercial tenders and contracts;
  • Be able to control procurement costs, and constantly seek methods and measures to reduce costs;
  • Work conscientiously and have a sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Chinese is a must, due to the needs to liaise with suppliers and/or vendors in China at all times.
