a） 处理和监督分店的日常运作、监控库存。
b） 策划工作流程并协助监督分店员工，以确保高水平的客户服务。
c） 培训和激励团队，包括绩效评估和管理。
d） 为员工计划培训活动。
e） 监督工作时间表/职责清单、清洁工作和轮班安排的协调。
f） 节约使用物资。通过存货和库存管理、设备维护以及卫生安全方面，将费用和消耗量减至最小化。
g） 處理分店收銀系統/外賣系統(付款，下單，取消訂單，或其他)。
h） 确保所有员工都遵守公司SOP。
i） 处理顾客问题并采取纠正或解决措施。
j） 与管理层协调并在必要时准备相关报告。
a) Handle and supervise outlet daily operation, monitoring stock and inventory.
b) Organize workflow and assist to oversee outlet staff to ensure highest level of customer service.
c) To train and motivate team, including performance evaluation and management.
d) Plan training activities for team of staff.
e) Oversee the coordination of work schedule/duty roster, cleaning duty and shift arrangement.
f) Minimize expenses and wastages with stock & inventory control, equipment maintenance as well as ensuring safety and hygiene.
g) Handle outlet Pos system / Delivery system (payment ,order ,cancel order and others).
h) Make sure all staff adhere to Company SOP.
i) Handle customer issues and take corrective actions to settle the issues.
j) Coordinate with management team and prepare relevant reports where necessary.
