Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary:
• To report to the PIC and support him/her in achieving common goals and KPIs
• Responsible in outlets sales (In and Outdoor) and sales related activities.
• To ensure smooth operations at store/kiosk
• To engage people and to promote Yes products & services
• To manage & maintain the outlets merchandizing.
• To raise/manage Service Request
• To be responsible for all transactions, especially handling of cash
• To implement & execute the daily SOPP and initiatives that best meet internal and external customer needs.
• To ensure company properties are in good condition
• To report all daily sales activities
• To support resource re-deployment if deemed necessary
• To perform inventory system activities if deemed necessary
Secondary:
• To perform regular market survey on YES services in order to stay ahead of competitions.
• Ability to execute special assignments or tasks given by the management.
• To assist PIC or Executive on store monthly audit
• To assist PIC or Executive on all deployments
KPI:
• To achieve monthly postpaid and prepaid activations targets set by management
• To achieve customers’ engagement target per day set by management
