Position : Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Company Industry : Healthcare and Aviation
Working Days : Monday – Friday
Working Time : 8:30am to 5:30pm
Working Location : Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration : 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY ( highly renewal based on performance)
Requirements :
  • Diploma / Degree in business or a related discipline is desirable
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Coordinator
  • Regional recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting or sourcing via LinkedIn / Job Board is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Any knowledge of ATS (WD) is advantageous
Essential Responsibilities :
You will support both ASEAN & ANZ/MENAT region. Your responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team. Establish a connection with the candidates and hiring managers over the phone/MS Teams in order to schedule, remind and follow up on interviews.
  • Schedule interviews based on the availability of the candidates and interviewers
  • Work closely with recruiters & Hiring Managers to manage overall scheduling process
  • Work with Internal stakeholders like admin/security team to arrange for logistics and visitor approvals if needed.
  • Visitor Management
  • Follow up on the feedback post interview with hiring managers.
  • Feedback closure on ATS system
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to the candidates on feedback status via email if necessary.
  • Educate Hiring Manager/candidate on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process if needed
  • Address emails within timelines
  • Maintain trackers
