It all started with the opening of the very first Focus Point store in Muar, Johor, back in 1989. At the time, it was simply called Focus Vision Care Centre and the store was nothing more than a small counter in shopping centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform daily cleaning work of all areas in branch.
• Arrange products for neat and proper product display and presentation.
• Conduct daily stock count for frames and sunglasses when appointed.
• Take charge of cashier counter when appointed.
• Perform duties in the workshop to grind lenses as arranged by supervisor.
• Perform proper filing of forms.
• Receive parcels or documents and does the necessary follow up.
• Attend to all customers at all times.
• Perform proper computerized eye test.
• Provide clear and precise information and specifications to the end users of company's products
• Fills up the PG/CL Forms completely for customers to facilitate follow up.
• To learn & upgrade all relevant product knowledge and technical skill.
• Provide support during opening and closing of branch.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must possess at least a SPM qualification.
• Have customer and sales oriented mindset.
• Possess good work ethics, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Malay, and any additional language would be an added advantage.
• Able to converse effectively with customer and colleagues.
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
