Responsibilities:

  • Handle and assist customers enquiries & requests.
  • Ensure goods are arranged according to guideline.
  • Check and report any damaged goods.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outlet premise.
  • Update work reports and documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail industry is added advantage.
  • Able to work overtime.
  • Able to work during weekends & public holidays.
  • Able to work on shifts.

Tugasan:

  • Menguruskan pertanyaan dan permintaan pelanggan.
  • Menyusun dan mengemaskini stok.
  • Menyemak dan mengasingkan stok yang rosak.
  • Menjaga kebersihan premis kedai.
  • Mengemaskini laporan dan dokumen.
  • Menjalani tugasan lain yang telah diaturkan.

Kelayakan:

  • Pengalaman kerja dalam bidang peruncitan akan diutamakan.
  • Boleh kerja lebih masa.
  • Boleh kerja semasa hari minggu dan cuti am.
  • Boleh kerja syif.
