As a Myra Sales Manager, it is your job to help lead a team that is great with customers, making it an easy & exciting journey to attaining their dream home!
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and coach your sales team towards meeting sales targets.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network collaboration between bankers, lawyers and customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve overall sales targets and to advise on product & pricing development strategies.
Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fluency in Mandarin would be a plus!
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Continuously manage and monitor sales team performance.
  • To analyse and provide important feedback of market trends, competitors packages and industry news.
  • To have at least 3 years experience as a team leader or sales manager in property development/ real estate.
  • Ability to forecast accurately monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce CRM would be ideal.
  • Self motivated, positive, and ability to deliver results even when the going gets tough.
