Job content

  • To provide customer service and coordinate sales.
  • To process orders and follow up on order acknowledgement and ship date advice to customers
  • To prepare all necessary documents in accordance to the order and communicate with Production departments.
  • To process inquires by phone, email and personal visits in relation to company business.
  • To receive customer’s complaint and provide feedback to the respective department.
  • To support sales team on a daily basis.
  • To perform other duties as directed by superior.

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in Chinese (Preferable), English and Malay.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Ambitious and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Good Business Acumen.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome.
