Job content


• Responsible to serve existing customers and new customers.
• Provide professional advice and support to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries & issue related to sales.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
• Attend client conferences and meetings in order to network with new and existing contacts.
• Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; working with the client through the closing process
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
• Collaborating with Business Development on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plan
• Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
• Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits
• Visiting customers and external agencies
• Provide a weekly report
• Any task that will be required and deemed necessary
