IDENFOis looking to build a sales team in the SEA region to support the growth of our South-East Asian markets, with a key focus on Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines. This role will be responsible for localizing and supporting key sales and marketing initiatives across the region. They will be responsible for generating business by tapping into FI/B2B leads, contacting potential clients, initiating sales conversations and closing deals. IDENFO will support them by providing the training and marketing knowledge/material required to position the product.

This role requires a deep understanding of the region, regional dynamics and an ability to uncover the needs of prospective FI/B2B clients. Experience in technology related FI/B2B sales is preferred. The sales relationship manager will be based out of Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

· Support the business development in the SEA region. Generate new business; you initiate contact with potential customers – remote or on-site.

· Respond to RFPs from clients

· Develop (new) partner relationships with both technology and service partners

· Support the customization of our product and web content for each country

· Provide insights on local market dynamics and competition

· Guide/Train prospect through their buying journey

· Participate in local events or fintech conferences to promote the product and support the regional team in running these events

· Localize product collateral and case studies

· Generate leads by contacting prospects within the FI/B2B space via various tools and key collateral provided by us

· Build network and maintain a database of potential clients

· Work with our local and global team to run marketing campaigns to generate leads

Qualifications

· 6+ years in FI/B2B enterprise sales, with preferred experience in SaaS sales/fintech or tech industry

· A demonstrated ability to generate sales leads in the SEA region. The ideal candidate should be able to access the C-level executives within the FI/B2B space

· Experience in building presentations and conducting demos for FI/B2B clients

· Fluent in English. Knowledge of Bahasa/Vietnamese is a bonus.

· Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

· Willingness to travel within the country and outside if required

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field

· Positive and collaborative attitude

· Self-starter with the ability to demonstrate self-motivation to improve knowledge and skills through personal research and development.
