Job Responsibility
  • Prepare full-set of accounts
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
  • Maintain accounting records and comply with accounting standards
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Monitor Cash Flow on daily basis
  • Maintain bank records and prepare bank reconciliation
  • Contact clients about invoices that are past due
  • Handle daily general accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Update data entries into system, filling and keeping track of documents
  • Handle and maintain petty cash records
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant
  • At least 5 years experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle full set accounts without any supervision
