Job content

Responsibilities:
• Deal with maintenance request/schedule, daily reports and complaints on M&E issues
• Assign and coordinates work to supervisor & subordinates
• Liaise with management office and attend to all tenants’ complaints pertaining to all building matters
• Plan, manage, supervise, co-ordinate, monitor and recommend to management a schedule for the planned preventive ad hoc day-to-day maintenance, rectification & facilities
• Identify source for materials and equipment required to carry out the works & make recommendations for procurement according procedures
• Ensure Electrical HT/LV and Gen Set (AMF Board) servicing and calibration being carry out on the schedule
• Ensure all license, authority registrations and inspections pertaining to facilities renewed on time
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical), Chargeman Certificate A4 or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the property development industry
• Good verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
• Knowledge in Microsoft software i.e Word & Excel
• Able to read & understand M&E drawings
• Knowledge of electrical system, pump system, ELV services, appliances repair & etc
