Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct support and service of customers through maintenance, repair, calibration and training services.
  • Ensure existing customers are properly serviced to achieve good customer satisfaction.
  • Growth of service business through promotion and sales of service products.
  • Manage and support the local agent to ensure high service standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all current policies within the service organization are followed by local agent.
  • Traveling within Malaysia expected.
Requirements:
  • Must have in-depth knowledge and skills at least 2 or 3 years working experience in related to service.
  • Execellent communcation skills, technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Execellent presentation skills in English.
  • Expert in troubleshooting and all rounded knowledge of electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics and computers will be beneficial.
  • Candidate with experience in sales will be an advantage.
  • Preferably Degree / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • Possess a car.
