Job Description

• Oversee on-site work assigned are in accordance with the drawings, technical specification and Method Statements.
• Preparation of Work Programmes and Method Statements
• Liaise with site personnel & client on site-activities.
• Attend site meetings with clients.
• Channel information related to any site issues to the relevant persons in-charge and take measures within the responsibilities to solve these issues where applicable.
• Assist and handle any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
• Preparation of work-done demarcation and claim submission
• General Site Management

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Diploma /Bachelor Degree / Civil Engineering/ Building / Construction Management
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay
• Proficient in ( AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project)
• Looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated & willing to learn individuals
• Able to work 6 days a week
• Possesses own transport
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work outstation
