Description

- Coordination with multiple parties not limited to design consultants/engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design/construction deliverables requirements for submission
- Liaise with client’s representatives for all necessary services diversion/removal, technical issues, all necessary certificates, documents, as-built drawings, etc for CSC and final handing over
- Assist the procurement/operation team by providing all necessary technical input to facilitate the award of procurement/subcontract packages
Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
- Site coordination and manage M&E subcontractors’ work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission, and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion
- Any other M&E related matter as and when assigned by the project manager.
- Prepare work progress reports, update site issues, and report to management.
