Responsibilities
  • Responsible to advertise company product in Shopee, Lazada, webstore and social media.
  • Provide creative ideas for content
  • Work together with our graphic designer in alignment with promotion plan and product
  • To create content & produce graphics for social media postings, banners, ads, branding materials & etc.
  • To implement online marketing activities, manage website, schedule post and content update for social media platform which including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • 24 hour live chat
  • Provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
  • To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
  • To be constantly guided by company’s service standards.
Requirements
  • Possess 1-2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing / Content Marketing / E-Commerce will be prioritized.
  • Experience in executing marketing activities in e-commerce marketplace like Shopee and Lazada would be an ADDED advantage.
  • Familiar with all basic setup of Facebook/Instagram / Tiktok Ads is essential
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, experience in user operation or live streaming industry is preferred.
  • Having content creation experience is highly preferred
  • Able to work independently & responsibly with minimum supervision
