As a SR Digital marketing executive, your key roles will be having sufficient experience, creativeness and passion in recording and editing videos, pictures and content writing, good presentation, analytical, as well as good campaign planning skills. Also, having interest in doing live streaming or special events via social networking to enhance company’s branding.
Your other responsibilities will be: You will play an important role, such as:
- Responsible for managing all our social media presence including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Official Website, You tube, Tik Tok and etc.
- Create creative post and campaign to increase the engagement between customers and admin.
- Responsible in preparing writing material, photo and video for social media updates.
- Coordinate all social media channels in a consistent ‘on brand’ manner in line with our marketing objectives.
- Analyzing and prepare the report for data and feedback from customers and public to improve performance.
- Responsible for maintaining SMS blast, e-mail blast and mobile apps.
- Responsible doing survey and other marketing strategy for social media channels.
- Handling / update POS system
- Implement outstanding digital marketing campaigns across the official website, social media & advertising.
- Growing number of potential followers/subscribers of social media platforms.
- Respond to customers' requests and enquiries on social media channels.
- Assisting in recruitment posters in career site or other channels.
What you’ll need:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferable 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Able to adapt in fast-paced environment
