Job Requirement and Qualification:

  • Hands-on experience with quality management systems and tools
  • Strong knowledge in inspection and test techniques
  • Good understanding and awareness of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
  • Familiar with quality tools (Control Plan, FMEA, 8D, CAPA and FAI)
  • Knowledge in VDA 6.3

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in managing suppliers’ approach to fulfil products portfolio strategy
  • Improve supplier on-time delivery performance
  • Work on suppliers’ manufacturing process improvement to resolve any quality issues
  • Coordinate with related functions for suppliers related Report(NCR) and after sales complaints
  • Monitor supplier quality performance to improve the KPIs of supplier quality
