  • Overall 3-5 years of recruiting experience with 2 years relevant work experience supporting APAC recruiting (Malaysia & Singapore) with a strong focus in handling Engineering/technology roles.
  • Good understanding of technology requirements with experience working on technology roles such as Web/Microsoft Technologies, Analytics, Infrastructure/Cloud & UI/UX.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruiting with good ability to handle high-volume hiring and follow through processes.
  • Work closely with Hiring teams on their hiring needs – strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to analyse recruitment data.
  • Plan and participate in recruitment events/walk-inn drives.
  • Must have end to end recruiting experience.
  • Consultative background rather than transactional to work in a build and fast-growing environment.
  • Independent, creative and someone who will take charge and manage their portfolio of hiring managers.
  • Either in-house or agency experience in technology recruitment for a Services Organisation is a MUST have.
  • Must have strong recruitment experience in IT (application development, Infra, Data Analytics, Cybersecuring) – especially in latest technologies.
  • A highly organized “doer” with an exceptional ability to multitask.
  • Good ability to take initiative and thrives on developing structure around something new.
  • A natural collaborator: one with a passion for working collaboratively and cross-functionally with another team
