[JOB REQUIREMENTS]
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hours rotational shift, 9 Hours per shift, 6 Days per week (Rotational Off day)
• Earliest Shift starts from 7am - 4pm, Latest 10pm - 7am ); (Schedule will be given weekly/ monthly)
• Have no issue start working on 11 July 2022
• At least a SPM qualification, preferably candidate with experience in servicing line.
• Have no issue to be based at Johor Office, Nusajaya
[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES]
• Deliver personalized service via various channels (i.e. calls, emails, chat, social media) related to the customer in an effective and efficient manner.
• Expected to consistently deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction and solicit customers’ feedback and identify trends for improvement actions.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customers in a timely manner.
• Be the voice of the customers.
• Suggest improvements and seek opportunities for innovation in customer service standards, policies, and procedures for the company or department.
[SALARY & BENEFITS:]
• Basic Salary: RM 1,900 - RM 2,100 (Subject to Interview Performance)
• Additional Allowances: KPI Allowance (Up to RM400) + Night Shift Allowance (Up to RM300) (Average take home salary RM 2,200 - RM 2,500++)
